Cancellation Policy

If a client provides a short-notice cancellation or does not attend a scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee (notice will be given via email)

Cancellation with ‘Coastal Energy Wellness Counselling’ requires 48 hrs. notice to avoid incurring a cancellation fee. A no-show or a less than 24hours notice cancellation will incur a 100% fee or as follows:

  • More than 48hours notice before the set appointment – No cancellation fee.
  • Less than 48hours notice before the set appointment – 50% 0f the session fee.
  • Less than 24hours notice before the set appointment – 100% of the session fee.
  • Extenuating circumstances – Are considered at the discretion of the practice.

Where reasonable notice of cancellation is provided, the appointment will be rescheduled to a time suited to both parties. In the event of an unusual number of cancellations, we will seek to understand the reasons for this and discuss with the client any alternatives that may better assist their attendance.

If ’Coastal Energy Wellness Counselling’ must cancel a set appointment, we will provide reasonable notice (where possible) and the appointment will be rescheduled at a time suitable to both parties. We thank you for your consideration regarding this policy.
